Instructions

  1. Prep
  2. Melt chocolate over a bain-marie.

  3. Cook
  4. Whip whites with sugar to soft peaks.sugar
  5. Fold yolks into chocolate, then fold in whites.
  6. Serve
  7. Chill at least 4 hours.
